standard rate ranges from $95 to $150 per hour
- Site Visit (up to 50 miles): Starting at $185
- Percentage-Bas

Every estimate is written using the most current Xactimate price list for your ZIP code and delivered in both PDF and ESX formats.
- $100 flat fee for estimates under $10,000
- 1% of total estimate for estimates over $10,000
- Includes PDF + ESX files
- Turnaround: 24–48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays)
Example: $7,500 estimate = $100 flat | $20,000 estimate = $200.00
