 We work with restoration contractors, public adjusters, insurance professionals, attorneys, and homeowners who need accurate estimates for insurance claims. 


 You can upload your scope notes, photos, and supporting documents directly through our website or email them to us. Be sure to include the property address, claim type, and any carrier documents you have. 


 Each estimate includes a detailed line-item breakdown, ZIP code-based pricing, your company info/logo (if provided), and is delivered in both PDF and ESX formats. 


 Yes, we provide 100% virtual estimates nationwide. All we need are your photos, scope notes, or a Matterport link to get started. 


 Most estimates are delivered within 24–48 business hours. Rush options are available upon request. 


 Yes. One round of minor revisions is included with every estimate. Additional revisions or changes due to new documentation may incur a fee. 


 New estimates are 1% of the total estimate value (with a $100 minimum). Desk reviews are $200 for up to 10 pages. Supplements are 1% of the added total. Full pricing is listed on our [Pricing Page]. 


Payment is typically due upon delivery. For clients with ongoing assignments, billing arrangements can be discussed. 


A supplement is an updated estimate used to add missed scope items or changes not included in the original carrier estimate. It helps recover additional claim value. 


Our desk review service includes a line-by-line audit of your existing estimate or scope to identify underpaid or omitted items. You'll receive a written summary and supplement recommendations. 


Yes, we offer in-person inspections for clients in Southern California. This includes measuring, photographing, and scoping the damage. 


Absolutely. If you provide a Matterport or similar link, we can extract measurements and write the estimate virtually without needing a site visit. 


We accept PDF, JPG, ZIP, and ESX files. You can submit through our website, by email, or via cloud links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). 


Yes. We treat all client files confidentially and never share your documents with third parties.
